The door can be opened with a spare mechanical key or use a USB port at the bottom of the lock body outside the door for emergency charging.
In an emergency, if the customer fails to provide the mechanical key and the technician can only unlock it by sabotage, an unlocking fee will be charged. In addition, the company will not be liable for any damage to the product.

For security reasons, the laser void label on the packaging box must be opened in front of the installation technican; if the customer tears the void label by himself/herself, the company will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product.
